No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake (Lazy Cake)

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g about 30–35 pieces tea biscuits or digestive biscuits, roughly broken
  • 1 can 397g / 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup 115g unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 tbsp 45g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ¼ cup 30g chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or cling film.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk melted butter, condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add broken biscuits and optional nuts/chips. Gently fold until all pieces are well coated.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan and press down firmly with the back of a spoon or spatula.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely firm.
  6. Unmold, slice into pieces, and serve chilled or at room temperature.
